The project consists of a 17,000 m² office building, including 2,000 m² entirely dedicated to retail, featuring a ground-level shopping gallery. The 12-story building is located in the heart of downtown Netanya, near the courthouse and the Asharon Mall. Additionally, it includes 4 underground levels designated for parking and storage areas.
